I just had the privilege of meeting again with a group that I have worked with before in one of the major companies in Sweden and internationally. When we started this team was by many considered as not working well and to be one of the worst performing groups of the entire organisation.
We worked a lot with different things but mainly it revolved around using SDI, Strength Deployment Inventory, to further understanding of oneself and others.
It gave me great pleasure to meet this team again and hear that there had been plenty of experienced improvement and that there was now a different perspective both on the work climate in the group and on the results.
I keep get amazed and the wonders that can be created when a group of strong individuals can come together in mutual understanding and agreement.
