Time to reflect. Space to practise. Ideas to take back to work.

A presentation can open up a new perspective. A workshop can give people the opportunity to explore it together and practise doing something differently.
I offer English-language presentations, seminars and workshops for organizations that want to develop their leadership, communication and collaboration. Sessions are available online and in person.
Whether you’re bringing new managers together, developing an experienced leadership team or planning a conference, we start with your people and what you want the session to help them do.
Topics we can explore
Leadership in everyday practice
What does it mean to lead, beyond having the title? Explore how to create clarity, build trust and adapt your leadership to different people and situations. A session can provide a broad introduction or focus on a particular challenge your leaders face.
Feedback that helps people grow
Make feedback a useful part of working together. Explore how to describe what you notice, explain its impact and open a conversation about what comes next. We can also work with asking for feedback and receiving it with curiosity.
A coaching approach to leadership
Develop your ability to help others think, learn and take ownership. Practise listening, asking questions and supporting people in finding their next step. Explore when coaching is useful and when clearer direction is needed.
Strategic thinking and prioritization
Make room for the work that matters beyond today’s urgent demands. Explore how to connect everyday decisions to a wider direction, consider trade-offs and make deliberate choices about priorities, delegation and where to spend your attention.
Communication and difficult conversations
Understand how different communication preferences affect your conversations. Explore how to listen, make your message clearer and check your assumptions. Sessions can also focus on preparing for and holding conversations about difficult topics.
Group dynamics and collaboration
Explore what happens between people in a group and how it affects their work. Topics can include trust, roles, expectations, conflict and the patterns that help or hinder collaboration. Connect those ideas to your own experience of working in and leading teams.
Self-leadership
Take time to examine how you lead yourself. Explore your values, habits, priorities and responses to the situations around you. Consider what you can influence and how to make choices that support both your work and your well-being.
A session shaped around your situation
These topics are starting points. We can focus on one area or connect several around a question that matters to your organization.
For example, feedback and coaching can form a session on developing others. Communication and group dynamics can help a team explore its collaboration. Strategic thinking and self-leadership can support a conversation about priorities and how leaders use their time.
Learning through participation
My approach combines explanations and practical tools with opportunities to reflect, discuss and try things out. I want participants to connect the subject to their own experience and leave with something they can use.
Depending on the format and group, this might include individual reflection, short conversations, questions, practical exercises or work with situations participants recognize from their everyday roles.
Choose a format that fits
- Presentations and seminars: introduce a topic, offer new perspectives and create a shared starting point for further conversation.
- Interactive workshops: give participants more time to explore, practise and apply ideas to their own work.
- A series of sessions: allow time to try things between meetings and return to reflect on experiences and questions.
We agree on the length, level of interaction and focus together, based on your audience and purpose. Sessions can be delivered online or in person.

Let’s discuss your session
Tell me a little about your audience, the topic or challenge you have in mind, and any dates or format you’re considering. You don’t need a finished brief; we can explore the possibilities together.
